Greetings everyone,
I'm Andreas Chrysanthou and I am currently a 4th year student, studying for my
MEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree in University of Leicester.
For the past four and a half years I have been living in Leicester, UK due to
my studies but my home town is Nicosia, Cyprus. While studying I have become a
supporter of healthy living and exercising, but this doesn't mean that I don't
enjoy a nice big burger with chips once in a while and a fun night out!
Hopefully after my graduation I will be able to find a job in a renewable energy
related company and most importantly grow and develop as an independent,
professional and responsible engineer.
The main idea behind this blog is to record my 4th year
group project progress. My team consists of 6 engineering students from the
field of Aerospace and Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The project's aim
and objective is to design and build an RC aircraft to be used in various search
and rescue missions. What I am planning on doing, is to show the progress of my
subsystem, as a student control and software engineer, as well as the progress of the
whole project. There are a lot of students or even people with this particular hobby,
which might consider going into a similar project like mine. Therefore try and stay
up to date with my progress to avoid my potential mistakes, copy what I am doing correct and basically
keep track of what seems to be a very interesting and exiting journey, I know I
will!
